Truly excellent multipurpose balm that you'll actually use daily / 1.69 oz 

Manasi7 Botanical Multi Balm Kaede Microbioskin is a beautiful, melts-on-contact, fragrance free balm designed for use on both face and body. While you might have always thought of multi-use balms as “nice to have” items, this one is so good, and genuinely has so many uses, that we’d argue it could be a “have to have.” And, with an ingredient list that’s streamlined but packed with high-quality nourishing oils, this is one of our favorite multi-use balms on the market.

Designed originally as an ultra-rich moisturizer and night treatment to help replenish parched skin, Multi Balm Kaede is particularly excellent before and during exposure to the elements — it supports skin’s barrier and helps protect it from the drying effects of heat, cold, and wind without blocking pores or feeling overly rich.

This makes it an obvious winner for wintertime and colder climates, but we also find that spring- and fall-like weather can be awkward adjustment periods for skin (both face and body), and Multi Balm Kaede helps it sail through with less irritation and patchy dryness. And since we’re often outside during the summer, and frequently appreciate multi-use products during that streamlined season, Kaede comes in handy then, too, whether as a pre-swimming skin protectant, rash soother, or “I just want to pack a few toiletries and that’s it” Swiss army knife of skincare.

Speaking of multiple uses, it can also be used on hair (excellent for frizzy ends), as a glossy highlighter, as a brow groomer, and as a makeup remover. The more we think about it, the more essential we think it may be for your travel bag.

A little balm goes a long way, so use it sparingly anywhere on the face and/or body. Initially, as its wonderful creator Susanne Manasi Persson notes, you may need to apply multiple times throughout the day; as your skin's barrier function stabilizes, the need to use the balm may gradually reduce, and you can continue applying it morning and night or simply use it whenever your skin feels dry or irritated.
